Friendly and amazing customer service! Lee was such a pleasure to have service done with!
We found Lee via a Google search, after been very dissatisfied with the others we had tried on the NW Coast. After a quick phone call we sent our details and needs, via text. An easy way and precise way, to communicate our needs, using his template. Within a day he gave us a quote and a date once we accepted. Lee completed our job within a week. We had problems with pet stains that Lee was able to help us with, to our expectations. Our carpets and mats came up looking brand new again. Lee was very professional from the outset, providing us with all the information re our carpets. Lee also helped us with the correct method to deal with pet stains going forward. Thank you Lee for a very professional service, and we would recommend your business to anyone that requires a carpet cleaning service on the NW Coast.
Lee of A1 Carpet Cleaning have been cleaning my carpets for the last twenty years. Lee is polite, courteous and absolutely scrupulous in how he carries out the job. I would thoroughly recommend him. Ian Blake
