Ethan was very friendly. He arrived on time and the SMS communication provided by the company was exceptional. The work undertaken by Ethan was well done and the after sales follow up with a report and photos was exactly what was expected. I would highly recommend this company.
Australian Gutter Cleaning Co are true professionals insofar they arrived on the day and at the time they stated they would be. Their staff were courteous and verbally informed on the state of roof and gutters while cleaning and after sent photographic evidence on work undertaken. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
Came nice and early, very polite, softly spoken young men. Did the job I asked for and showed before and after photos to prove it. Explained what they did and also recommended I get something fixed that was outside the scope of what they can do, which they had checked in while up in the roof. I will definitely use them again.
5 stars without hesitation. I only contacted them this afternoon and, despite being flat out busy, they somehow managed to fit me in and get my gutters cleaned the very same day. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Great communication, prompt service, quality workmanship and photos provided showing exactly what was done. As a small business owner myself, I really appreciate businesses that do what they say they're going to do, and these guys exceeded my expectations. Friendly, professional and genuinely great to deal with. I couldn't be happier with the service and would happily recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!
Very very good service and I really appreciate the job they have done for my house. Very professional and patient, and excellent customer service. The gutters are so clean now. Will recommend them to my friends.
These guys were great, did an excellent job where other companies had been lack lustre. Rhys was aweome explained everything and took the time to do a fantastic job. Cannot recommend them enough.
FABULOUS SERVICE! BUSINESS & HOME! GREAT PRICE! Thank you so much. They cleaned the gutters at both our home and business (warehouse). Dylan and the team are so lovely and don't mess around. Get them out today!
