AYN Services

AYN Services was originally founded in 2003 and has served Townsville since 2018 under its current ownership. The business is locally owned and operated and has a team of 10 dedicated professionals. Jordan Keller is the Director and Stephanie Keller is the Operations Manager. AYN Services serves Townsville and the North Queensland region through two fully equipped specialist teams. In 2024, the company expanded its capabilities to include pressure washing and exterior cleaning. It provides commercial cleaning and exterior pressure washing services to offices, retail, warehouses, strata, residential, and government sectors.

AYN Services holds public liability insurance of $20 million. All staff hold a current police check, current white cards, and active Working With Children Checks (Blue Cards). The pressure washing team holds harness safety and working at heights certificates. AYN Services complies with Workplace Health and Safety Queensland standards. Completed projects include a full floor deep-clean and sanitisation of a city office complex, a retail driveway wash involving oil extraction and high-pressure blasting, high pressure washing on a building exterior, and multi-level structural wash-downs for building facade washing.

Townsville customers of AYN Services repeatedly praise the quality of the finished work, whether the task is a full property clean, roof and pathway washing or pressure cleaning of car parks and shaded areas. Marcus and Jordon are named often, with reviewers describing them as prompt, friendly and professional, and several note that communication before and during the job made the process straightforward. Punctuality comes up again and again, as does the willingness to fit in last-minute requests without fuss. The equipment used is described as high quality, which customers link directly to the results, and the team is said to leave sites spotless, from office interiors to building exteriors.

A point made in several accounts is how easy the company is to deal with, with praise for reliability and for going beyond what was expected. Roofs with lichen, car parks, verandas, soft fall surfaces and shade sails all feature among the completed jobs, and reviewers consistently describe the outcomes as exceeding what they thought possible. Many mention that they would use the service again and pass the details on to others, with the care taken over difficult exterior surfaces standing out as a recurring theme.
