Ben's Gutter Cleaning

Ben's Gutter Cleaning was founded in 2002 by Ben Miller. It is a family-focused business based in Nerang and services the Gold Coast, from Kingscliff to Brisbane. The company holds $20 million public liability insurance and a Work Cover Height Safety Certificate. It cleans gutters and solar panels on buildings from single-storey homes up to six-storey buildings.

Services include Flowmate installation, roof and exterior building cleaning, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning and bird proofing, and exterior window cleaning. It keeps a history of routine gutter maintenance and can provide records for insurance claims. It serves commercial, body corporate and residential clients.

Reliability and a proper clean-up stand out across feedback for this gutter specialist working around the Gold Coast. Clients frequently note that the team turns up when scheduled and works efficiently, and a theme running through the feedback is the state in which the property is left, with debris removed and windows rinsed following mud splashes from the gutters. Clear communication is a further strength, covering simple online quoting, follow-up messages and reminders sent before a booking, and one account describes being told about a later start while the work still finished to satisfaction.

Results are consistently rated to a high standard, with gutters flowing freely again and before-and-after photographs provided at larger body corporate sites. Brad, who carried out one clean, is praised for his courteous and efficient manner, while Ben is credited with professional service and practical guidance on keeping gutters clear between visits. Reviewers also appreciate the installation of Flowmate guards in downpipes to stop blockages and small repairs such as resealing broken tiles, with recurring jobs at apartment complexes and acreage properties completing the picture.
