Cairns High Pressure Cleaning is described by customers as a team that delivers careful, professional work, with Deacon named repeatedly for his punctuality and the ease of dealing with him. Several reviewers highlight that he arrives when he says he will and that no clean-up is needed afterwards, a contrast they draw with other operators. Politeness, professionalism and a high standard of service run through the accounts, including repeat use for both home and business premises. Pricing is described as reasonable and good value, with the quality of the finish matching the cost.

Roofs, driveways and fences feature as the main surfaces treated, and something that features in review after review is the transformation achieved, one customer noting a roof that looked new again. Workmanship and attention to detail are recurring themes, and the team is praised for its overall customer service. Reviewers repeatedly mention that they would call on the business again, with future driveway and fence jobs already planned, reflecting satisfaction with both the result and the way the work was carried out from start to finish, including the tidiness of the site once the pressure cleaning was complete.
