Tyson and Shanice at Capital Coastal Cleaning are absolutely fantastic! Their communication is clear and reliable, they’re always professional, and the quality of their cleaning service is second to none. Their pricing is very fair and excellent value for money. They’re consistently punctual and dependable, and they’ve even gone above and beyond—for example, when we missed a bin pickup, they took the time to deliver our recycling to the tip for us. That kind of care and dedication is rare. I highly recommend Capital Coastal Cleaning to anyone looking for a trustworthy, high-quality cleaning service!
Have used Tyson and the team for cleaning and carpet cleaning on numerous occasions always provided great service and quality work would highly recommend
Very satisfied with this service. Tyson was very clear and proactive in his communication throughout our interactions. The cleaners did a fantastic job and the place looked spotless. The real estate agent wanted the cleaners to return due to an issue but this was no bother and Tyson handled it directly with the agent meaning I didn't have to get involved. Pricing was very fair too for the high standard of service. Dec 24 update: I used their services a second time and they were equally as good. Highly recommended.
Tyson and Shanice are perfectionists. Had the carpets cleaned at my home in Cbr which I vacuum'd prior to arrival but Shanice did it again before deep cleaning and then once again after steam cleaning which I've never had done before. They looked like new! More than happy with the result and price. See you again next time.
As a real estate agent, I rely on this cleaning company regularly to prepare properties for showings. Their consistent excellence has been instrumental in enhancing the appeal of homes. Their attention to detail and efficiency has made them an invaluable partner of our company. The communication from Capital Coastal Cleaning has been exceptional. They are responsive, flexible, and always keep me informed about the progress of each cleaning session. It’s a seamless experience working with a team that values clear communication, making coordination effortless and ensuring that every aspect of the cleaning process meets my standards. This level of professionalism sets them apart in the industry. I confidently recommend their services to fellow professionals and homeowners alike.
