Choice 1 Carpet Cleaning

Choice 1 Carpet Cleaning was established in 2013 and is a family-owned business led by Sam. The company is a registered business based in Wollongong, NSW, Australia. All staff members are fully qualified. It offers carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, mattress cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, commercial cleaning, and office cleaning.

Wollongong households and businesses have come to rely on Choice 1 Carpet Cleaning for a range of textile and hard-surface work, with reviewers repeatedly singling out the results achieved on carpets, rugs, lounges and sofas. Customers writing about their orders describe reviving heavily soiled carpet that had been earmarked for replacement, and one family decided to keep their flooring after a deep clean removed what they thought was permanent staining.

The equipment used is noted as clean and well maintained, a detail appreciated in homes with young children, and the fresh scent left behind comes up often. Punctuality and responsiveness are recurring themes: Sam arrives when promised and has accommodated short-notice bookings, including one squeezed in just before Christmas. Customers value the advice and thoroughness he brings, with commercial venues returning for repeat work across their premises.

The friendly and professional manner is mentioned alongside a keen attention to detail, and pet owners are among those who have been especially pleased. Steam cleaning of upholstery and carpet is well represented in the feedback, while tile, leather and general house cleaning round out the services offered. Problems such as stubborn spots and food stains on a child's rug were dealt with successfully, leaving items looking renewed rather than merely tidied, and multiple reviewers note that their expectations were exceeded from booking through to completion.
