Excel Window Cleaning

Excel Window Cleaning is a family-run business that has serviced Geelong, Bellarine and the Surf Coast since 2002, accumulating more than 20 years of experience. The company holds $20 million in public liability insurance, and its team members are police checked.

It serves Geelong, Bellarine, the Surf Coast and Melbourne, working with homeowners, businesses, property managers and strata. Using purified water cleaning systems, it cleans windows, frames, sills and tracks, and offers a 7-day rain guarantee. Services include window cleaning, pressure cleaning, exterior house washing and solar panel cleaning.

Excel Window Cleaning has built a loyal following across Torquay and the wider Geelong region for window cleaning that leaves glass, sills and frames looking spotless. Shaun is the name that comes up most often, described as friendly, professional and thorough, while Zak also earns praise for his skilful attention to detail on a restaurant job. Several buyers describe the work as hassle free and quick to arrange, with one household noting that salt spray from the coast was completely removed from many windows. Reviews regularly refer to punctuality, fair pricing and clear communication before and after each visit.

The scope of work extends beyond panes to screens, sills, frames and solar panels, and one account covers a full spruce up of a driveway, paths, decks and outdoor furniture. Returning clients are common, with some already booking their next service. The team's old school honesty and polite manner are noted as reasons for repeat business. Dealings are described as straightforward from the first call through to completion, whether the job is a routine clean or part of an exit clean. The standard of finish, reliable attendance and the ease of arranging a visit are what keep customers coming back.
