Family Clean has been matching households with local Cleaners and Home Assistants since 1994. Service area: homes within 25 km of the CBD.
There are two ways to get help, depending on what your week needs.
Home Assistant
Your match for anything home life. Cleaning, laundry, tidying, meal prep, even walking the dog. It can change every visit: the bathrooms one week, the linen cupboard that's been ambushing you the next. Your Home Assistant gets to know you and your home a little better each time, so nothing needs explaining twice.
Barefoot Basics Cleaner
Floors and bathrooms (loos included), done well. No kitchen, no dusting, no extras. Just the big hitters: floors you're happy to walk on barefoot, and a bathroom you don't mind guests seeing. The rest suddenly feels manageable.
Whichever you choose, each household is carefully matched with one person who comes weekly or fortnightly. Over time they learn how your home runs: which days are school-run chaos, where the spare key lives, the study door that stays shut during your 9am call. Before the first visit there's a walk-through, and afterwards Family Clean follows up to make sure the match feels right.
Every independent Cleaner and Home Assistant is police checked and holds public liability insurance. 800+ Google reviews at 4.8 stars – plenty of households have found their match.
It suits the back-to-work juggle, the weeks of late meetings and early pick-ups, and the years when every room has someone's mess in it. What you get back is the time: Saturday morning out instead of scrubbing the shower, or walking in after a long day to a home that's already sorted. 🛋️
