Grayson's Gutter Cleaning

Grayson's Gutter Cleaning is a Melbourne-based business with over 24 years of experience, founded by Grayson O'Connor. It has been servicing Melbourne and wider Victoria since 2001, initially as a one-man operation. The business name Grayson's Window Cleaning was registered on 4 December 2001, followed by Grayson's Gutter Clearing in 2004, and it officially adopted the primary name Grayson's Gutter Cleaning in 2012. In 2019, the company acquired the trademark rights to Leafbusters, and in 2020, it acquired the trademark rights to LEAFSCREENER.

Its head office is in Box Hill North. The company provides gutter cleaning, gutter protection, window cleaning, bird control, solar panel cleaning, and house washing services. It uses professional systems and correctly-sized ladders for double-storey homes, provides photographic evidence of its work, and rejects quick-fix vacuums from the ground in favour of thorough, hand-cleaned results.

Grayson's Gutter Cleaning has earned a loyal following in Melbourne, with customers returning across a decade or more for the same dependable service. Hand cleaning of gutters is the core of the work, a method reviewers repeatedly contrast with pressure-blasting that leaves walls splattered with mud, and the team also supplies and installs gutter guard while trimming back branches that obstruct access. Punctuality and reliability come up often, with jobs completed promptly and, in one account, within a day of the call.

Named installer Bal is described as courteous and quiet, explaining each step and sharing photos as he worked, while the office is praised for easy, clear communication before and after the job. Reviewers note that the site is left tidy afterwards and that pricing is reasonable, with follow-up once the work finishes. The scope of each job is set out clearly beforehand, and customers describe a fast, careful approach that has kept them coming back for years, whether the task is a straightforward gutter clean or a trickier installation beyond their own skills.
