Gutter-Vac Bendigo

Gutter-Vac was founded in 1995 by Warren Ballantyne, who pioneered the first effective gutter vacuuming machine. The company has been vacuum cleaning gutters for over 20 years and is the largest gutter vacuum cleaning network in the world, operating in eight Australian States and Territories. Franchising began in Australia in 2000 and has now started across the USA as Outback GutterVac. Gutter-Vac Bendigo is owned by Jacques Ozone and Sophie Plessa.

The Bendigo franchise offers vacuum cleaning of commercial and domestic gutters, roofs, solar PV panels, ceiling cavities and downpipes. Its service system allows for the quick and safe removal of debris and leaves from domestic and commercial properties. Gutter-Vac technicians have speciality training in Gutter-Vac technology, carry comprehensive insurance, and comply with National and State safety requirements. Gutter-Vac Bendigo is committed to customer satisfaction and guarantees it.

In Bendigo and its surrounding rural districts, Gutter-Vac Bendigo has built a following among homeowners who rely on their gutters and tanks for household water. The praise that recurs across reviews centres on the thoroughness of the gutter and spouting vacuuming, with several customers noting that roofs and gutters are left genuinely clear of debris. Reviews time and again mention the before-and-after photographic reports, which many describe as giving them a clear record of their gutters and solar panels without having to climb onto the roof themselves.

Punctuality and communication stand out too: customers appreciate prompt quotes, easy booking, and advance notice of arrival, with Jed and Vernon singled out by name for their efficiency, care and friendly manner. A point that comes up often is the tidy, no-fuss approach and work completed at the agreed price, with invoices matching the original quote. Solar panel cleaning is frequently noted as an add-on, and the service suits complex roofs and properties with multiple sheds. Many customers say they have rebooked, some on a six-monthly schedule, reflecting confidence in the consistency of the work.
