Adelaide households and renters describe Ivory Cleaning Services as dependable across carpet cleaning, house cleaning, end-of-lease work, window cleaning and driveway and perimeter pressure washing. The word that comes up often is reliability, with cleaners arriving when promised and working methodically through the agreed scope. Communication before the job draws frequent praise, from emailed quotes that let customers approve the price in advance to polite updates when arrangements shift, and the willingness to correspond by email when requested.

Vidura’s team is named repeatedly for professional conduct and for checking that each task has been completed properly, while Angelo and a colleague are singled out for a thorough carpet clean that involved shifting furniture to reach the full area. Reviewers highlight competitive quotes and say the cost matched the scale of the work.

Results are described as immaculate, particularly carpets and floors, and end-of-lease cleans gave several tenants confidence about recovering their bond. Respectful behaviour towards occupants and pets, including care taken around an elderly indoor cat, is another recurring point, alongside prompt arrivals and polite, courteous staff. Window and driveway finishes are said to meet a consistently high standard, and clients note that the crew returns to inspect its own handiwork before packing up.
