MADS CLEANING AND GARDENING PTY LTD

MADS Cleaning & Gardening Pty Ltd was founded in 2020 and has over six years of active experience. The company is locally owned and operated, not a franchise, and is ISO certified. Its cleaners are fully trained, police-checked, and insured. Eco-friendly cleaning products are used wherever possible. The company is WHS compliant with safe work practices on every job. Services include residential and commercial cleaning, carpet cleaning, end-of-lease cleaning, and oven cleaning.

Flexible scheduling is available weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or as one-off jobs. Free, no-obligation quotes are provided for all services. The company serves Hobart and the greater Hobart region, including Brighton, Claremont, New Town, Sandy Bay, Kingston, Glenorchy, Richmond, Cambridge, Howrah, Lenah Valley, Bellerive, Old Beach, Sorell, Midway Point, South Hobart, New Norfolk, West Hobart, North Hobart, and Battery Point.

End-of-lease departures and difficult hoarding situations have been tackled by MADS Cleaning and Gardening in Hobart, with reviewers describing a level of thoroughness that extends well past routine upkeep. Industrial and commercial premises such as workshops, offices and eateries also appear among the jobs, and the feedback consistently points to a well-organised operation where the agreed scope is delivered without chasing. When a family member's accumulated rubbish, pet waste and stained surfaces required attention, the crew removed the debris and worked through walls and skirting boards until the property was habitable again.

That same care is reported for restaurant deep cleans, where dining areas were left gleaming after service. Reviewers repeatedly note punctual arrival, friendly and professional conduct and close attention to detail, with confidence that real estate inspections and bond cleans will pass. Alongside house cleaning, the team handles gardening, pressure washing, carpet and upholstery cleaning, window work and gutter clearing, and the finish is described as neat and careful each time. Repeat business over several years features strongly, including clients who have stayed with the company for long stretches and continue to book further work.
