North Sydney customers frequently call on Magic Gutter for work that reaches well beyond standard window cleaning, and the reviews describe a consistently thorough operation. Several reviewers highlight the cleaning of gutters and roofs, with Arthur named repeatedly as the tradesperson on site, and praise the care taken to release and reinstall leaf guard rather than dismiss the job as unnecessary.

Solar panel cleaning and bird proofing recur as a central theme, and reviewers often note that pigeons nesting beneath panels were cleared and mesh guards fitted, with one account describing a birds nest and its occupants relocated safely. Something that features in review after review is the before and after photography and video that accompany each job, giving customers a clear record of what was found and what was completed.

Promptness and punctuality are mentioned alongside competitive quotes, easy booking and clear communication from first contact to completion. Tidiness stands out as well, with ground areas left free of fallen debris, and reviews time and again describe Arthur as polite, friendly and knowledgeable, with his offsider also noted. Minor roof tile repairs carried out while on site round out the accounts, and reviewers consistently point to efficient, well-organised work on gutters, roofs, solar panels and bird proofing.
