Maid to Clean Geelong

Maid to Clean was founded in May 2014 by Edward Clayton, who is the Owner/Director. Tomasz is the General Manager. The company has 250-plus cleaners and 19 office staff, and has completed over 400,000 cleaning services. It serves Melbourne and Geelong, having begun serving Geelong on 1st July. Services include regular cleaning, one-off cleaning, end-of-lease cleaning, and exterior cleaning such as house washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and driveway cleaning.

End-of-lease cleaning uses agency-approved checklists and comes with a 100% Bond Back Guarantee. Cleaners are police checked, fully insured, English speaking, reference checked, and generally have 2-3+ years of experience. Teams consist of 1, 2, or 3 people, with solo cleaners assigned to smaller jobs and larger teams to spring cleans and end-of-lease cleans. All equipment and supplies are provided, and 100% Green supplies are available upon request.

The company offers a money-back guarantee if customers are not happy and a $150 referral bonus. It has partnered with Make a Difference to help eradicate hunger in Australia. Awards include the Small Business Champion Award 2023 and Best Cleaning Service in Melbourne 2024. It was the first local company to introduce a high-tech online booking platform and was featured on FOX 101.9's Fifi, Fev & Nick's show.

Consistency and thoroughness stand out across the feedback for Maid to Clean Geelong, with customers returning again and again to the standard of the finished result. Several reviewers describe homes left spotless and fresh, with attention to detail that makes a noticeable difference from the moment they walk in. Reliability and punctuality are a point that comes up often, one customer noting the cleaner arrived exactly when expected and worked without interrupting the household during meetings. Named team members Dharti and Kishan are praised for being friendly, respectful and thorough during weekly visits, and their pride in the work is clear to those who see the results.

Communication before and after the job also earns repeated mentions, from quick responses to a phone call where extra questions were answered and a booking updated on the spot. The team is also commended for move-out cleans, including work arranged in Melbourne and then organised for someone else locally, and the same effort appears whether the job is a one-off or a regular arrangement. Customers describe feeling relief at being able to trust the team to deliver the same high standard each time, and many say they would book the service again.
