Morrells Window and Exterior Cleaning

Morrells Window and Exterior Cleaning is an owner-operated business run by Arron, who personally handles every job. It is locally owned rather than a franchise and has been serving Canberra for three to five years, during which it has cleaned over 500 homes across the city. The business is fully insured and police checked. It offers a streak-free guarantee: if a customer is not 100% happy, the team will return and fix the issue at no charge.

Regular scheduled cleans are available on monthly, quarterly or bi-annual schedules. The service area covers the entire ACT and surrounding NSW communities, including Canberra City, Belconnen, Gungahlin, Tuggeranong, Woden, Inner North, Inner South, Queanbeyan, Jerrabomberra, Googong, Bungendore and Murrumbateman. Services include professional window cleaning across Canberra and surrounds.

Canberra households booking window and exterior cleaning describe work centred on Arron, whose name threads through the feedback as the person carrying out most jobs. The tasks most often mentioned are interior and exterior glass, including high and clerestory panes that had previously been dismissed as too difficult, together with pressure washing of courtyards, paved areas, sheds and garages, and the cleaning of fly screens and other outdoor surfaces.

Sharp attention to detail comes up again and again: customers remark that the glass finishes crystal clear and that doors, screens and hard surfaces end up looking fresh. Punctuality and dependability are noted just as frequently, with Arron turning up at the agreed time and keeping communication clear from the first enquiry through the quote and the day itself.

Reviewers also call him polite, calm and friendly, straightforward to deal with, and willing to push past expectations to complete the job properly. Charges are repeatedly described as reasonable and affordable for the standard achieved. Several accounts single out how many exterior tasks are handled in one visit, from high windows and screens to pressure cleaning of paving and outbuildings, leaving the property looking refreshed. Repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals feature often.
