It provides cleaning services under the provision of WorkSafe. My Cleaners offers regular home cleaning, one-off deep cleaning, end-of-lease/bond cleaning, pre-sale cleaning, window cleaning, and office & builders cleaning.

End-of-lease and regular home cleaning is the core of what this Ballarat company provides, and the feedback centres on how thoroughly the work is carried out. Wet areas, showers, kitchen surfaces and bathroom screens are repeatedly singled out as spotless and fresh once a clean is complete. Reviews time and again mention the same cleaner returning fortnightly, a continuity that clearly matters to households, and the service is described as prompt and dependable.

Named team members give the reviews a personal tone: Trang is credited with positive energy and persistence, Beth and Bethany with care and respect for the home, Cassie with friendliness and thoroughness, Jasmine with a manner well suited to working inside a private residence, and Leo with a job well done. Communication stands out as a strength, with obtaining a quote and arranging a booking described as straightforward and the company as responsive and accommodating. One point that comes up often is value: the rates sit above the cheapest locally, yet customers consider the results worth it. Dusting, wiping down, mirrors and screens all feature in descriptions of the finished result, as does a willingness to clean extra areas without being asked.
