Optima Cleaners

Optima Cleaners provides specialised residential and commercial cleaning services across Australia through a national network of local, owner-operated businesses. The founder of Optima Cleaners is Radoslav Radev (Mark), who previously served as both a CEO and a franchisee within a major global services network. Optima Cleaners operates a franchise model and is a member of the Franchise Council of Australia.

Services include oven and BBQ cleaning, carpet and rug cleaning, upholstery and couch cleaning, end of lease cleaning, mattress cleaning, office cleaning, after builders cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, window cleaning, duct cleaning, water damage restoration, spring cleaning, home cleaning, sanitising and disinfection, gutter cleaning, and pressure cleaning.

Households in Darwin booking spring cleans and end-of-lease work consistently highlight the calibre of the finished result, particularly where ovens and range hoods are concerned. Appliances that had accumulated heavy baked-on deposits are described by multiple customers as coming up looking new again, and full spring cleans with windows receive equally warm responses. Reliability stands out just as strongly, with cleaners turning up at the agreed time and working without pause until everything is complete.

Individual team members earn frequent mention, including Mandeep, Haney, Abhishek and Marie, who are repeatedly called polite, well mannered and pleasant to have in the home. Customers also value the tidy finish, noting that surfaces are left clear once the work is done. Communication is another strength, with questions about the task answered directly during the visit. The business handles carpet, upholstery, leather, window, gutter and pressure washing work alongside general house cleaning, allowing several jobs to be combined in a single booking. It is the combination of a thorough result and genuinely courteous service that brings clients back for future cleaning.
