PK's Chem-DRY

I am sure the carpet cleaning is excellent however, their customer service over the phone needs some attention. I rang this morning to see if I could get a large woollen rug cleaned 320cmx220cm basically the size of a small room and found the receptionist to be rude, off and very unhelpful. It was almost as if the company did not want the business because it was only a rug. The presumption was made that I would not want to pay the price quoted and was not really given the opportunity to give a response or offered some other assistance before being hung up on. I have used Chem-Dry in Adelaide many times, found them to be an excellent company, it was very disappointing to have this interaction today with this particular person. It is highly unlikely I will recommend this company to friends, family or anyone else looking for this type is service. Since moving here every interaction I have had so far with any other businesses has been very positive and friendly, it was really unexpected.

Excellent service and result. Highly recommend PK's Chem-Dry for carpet cleaning. Very friendly, reliable and easy to arrange. Thank you Peter & Kay !

Peter has been cleaning our farm house carpets for about 25 years! He is friendly, fastidious and a fabulous carpet and upholstery cleaner! His wife Kay is lovely- efficient and reliable and will do her best to get you the timely service you need. The Chemdry process means no damp carpet smells, excellent clean of even difficult stains (of which we have had plenty!) and it is a very safe, unscented product that I particularly appreciated when our children were little. Carpets are ready to walk on and put furniture back in about 2-4 hours. Pete is very obliging and will move your furniture as needed-but he is grateful if you do the bulk of it before hand (but no need to move heavy furniture). You can't go past PK's for a fantastic clean!

Peter did an incredible job of getting my carpets cleaned for the end of my lease. Excellent quality of work and a very kind man.

Peter & Kay are always amazing, Peters dedication to making your carpet and upholstery look like new. Always a pleasure to have a chin wag with him, a true legend that does a magnificent job 💪 💪

Wonderful service from Peter and Kay. An absolutely first class clean of carpets, mats, settee and chair at a reasonable cost. Nothing was a trouble to them. We would highly recommend them, and would most certainly use them again when needed. Our sincere thanks, Peter and Kathy
