Premium Carpet Cleaning

Premium Carpet Cleaning is a locally owned and operated business that has been operating since 1992. The owner is Rod, and the team includes Rod and Andrew. The business has more than 30 years of experience. Its service area includes Cairns, from Kuranda to the city centre and the northern beaches. The main services are tile cleaning, grout cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and steam cleaning.

Carpet, mattress and upholstery cleaning around Cairns is where this team draws its steadiest praise, with reviewers returning to the same handful of strengths. Rod is the name that appears most often, frequently alongside Andrew, and a number of customers describe the pair as professional, friendly and easy to deal with from the first phone call through to the finished job. Punctuality comes up repeatedly, as does a willingness to return and re-treat a patch of lounge suite that had shown marks once dry, which customers treat as proof of a genuine guarantee.

Steam cleaning of carpets, mattresses, couches and outdoor cushions is the work most often mentioned, and tiles that had gone decades without attention are another job reviewers single out, along with stubborn stains on light carpet and mould-covered furniture rescued after a move. Clear pricing and upfront advice about what results to expect are noted as helping customers decide before booking, and the final bill is described as fair against other quotes. Tidiness matters too, with one household praising a quick job that left no mess behind, while another appreciated a small chair being added at no charge.
