Pure Eco Clean & LEGACIES Professional Cleaning

Pure Eco Clean & LEGACIES Professional Cleaning was founded in 2014 by Deidre Hillberg. The business employs a team of fourteen individuals plus Deidre and her husband Ross. It does not subcontract cleaning jobs; all cleaners are employed directly. The company uses Norwex microfibre cleaning cloths and enzyme-based products. It specialises in bond cleaning and handles cleaning disputes or re-cleans on behalf of clients.

Its service area includes Toowoomba, Highfields, Oakey, Crows Nest, Clifton, Warwick, Withcott, Pittsworth, Millmerran, Gatton, Hodgsonvale, and Westbrook. It is a preferred cleaner for real estate agencies and builders including REMAX Success, Raine & Horne, Century 21, Harcourts, McGrath, and GJ Gardner. In 2016, it expanded into lawn and garden maintenance with the launch of Pure Eco Property Services. Main services include domestic cleaning, commercial cleaning, bond cleaning, and carpet cleaning.

End-of-lease cleaning, house cleaning and carpet cleaning feature prominently in accounts of this Toowoomba company, whose listed services also take in tile and window work. A recurring observation concerns the standard of the finished result, with properties described as left spotless, including homes that had gone without attention for an extended period. Several reviewers recount a bond clean carried out by a different provider that failed to satisfy before this crew redid it properly. Consistency of attendance stands out as another theme: the team turns up as arranged, accommodates bookings made at short notice and sees the job through from the initial assessment to the final walkthrough.

Communication draws regular praise, both in the speed of replies and in the smooth handling of the process from first enquiry to completion. Charges are considered sensible given the work involved, and the people who carry it out are remembered warmly, with Daniel, Chantel and Dee singled out by name. Carpet cleaning arranged alongside the general tidy is credited with taking effort out of the day for clients. The operation is characterised as professionally managed, and its care with detail is offered as the reason repeat bookings and referrals follow.
