Qbees

Qbees is a Melbourne-based cleaning company founded by Khally, who previously worked as an operations manager at KeyNinja. The company has over five years of industry experience and operates as a fully remote company with team members in Australia. Qbees provides Airbnb cleaning, linen hire, and property management services for short-term rentals. It services all suburbs within 20km of the Melbourne CBD.

Qbees uses a 3-step quality verification process on every clean and sends post-clean photo reports to clients. It offers same-day turnovers with 2-hour notice and hotel-quality linen hire. The company has no lock-in contracts and uses eco-friendly cleaning products and sustainable practices. Team members undergo thorough background checks. Qbees' legal entity is Qbees Cleaning Pty Ltd.

Qbees has built a following among property managers and short-stay hosts in South Melbourne who need cleaning turned around between guests. Various customers describe the standard of work as consistently high and detailed, with properties left spotless and smelling fresh, and reviewers repeatedly mention the photo reports sent after each clean, which give owners confidence that a space is ready for the next arrival. Communication comes up often, with quick replies to questions, accommodating scheduling and short-notice jobs handled without fuss. Reliability and punctuality are recurring points, and one long-standing client notes a year of trouble-free service.

Khally and the team are named for their professionalism, friendliness and meticulous attention to detail, and the crew is described as hardworking and courteous. For hosts who once handled turnovers themselves, the service is credited with removing the anxiety of tight changeovers, while property managers say it simplifies the running of multiple units. Guests have also responded well, with feedback pointing to the quality of the presentation. The work covers Airbnb turnover cleaning and general housekeeping across the inner-city area. The detail-focused clean, backed by photographic evidence and responsive coordination, is what clients return for.
