Rental Bond Cleaning Gold Coast

Did a great job ob cleaning my house after i moved out, i got my full bond back, highly recommend and i will be hiring again.

I’m incredibly pleased with the cleaning service provided. They were punctual, professional, and left my rental property shiny and look new again. Every surface was thoroughly cleaned, and the place looked shiny and clean than when I moved in. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a rental bond cleaning work and high quality deep cleaning job. Outstanding work overall! Many thanks

The cleaners did an excellent move out cleaning job! This was my first experience with this company to do exit clean, and I’ll definitely be booking again. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently from beginning to end, which I really value. Communication before the service was prompt, and the three cleaners worked quickly while still paying attention to detail, even adding thoughtful touches like neatly folding the toilet paper and paper towels. The team was also very friendly, and I felt completely at ease having them in my home for bond cleaning. Highly recommended!

I recently booked this company for a move-out cleaning (bond cleaning) and was very impressed with the overall service. Communication was excellent right from the start the customer service team was responsive, clear, and professional in addressing my queries. The cleaners did a thorough job, leaving the property in excellent condition and ready for inspection. There was a minor issue with the cleaning raised by our agent, but it was quickly resolved by the customer service team in a professional by sending the cleaner next day. I m glad to recommend them for any end of lease or move in cleaning to all my friends.

I am extremely pleased with the results of my recent rental bond cleaning. The team did an outstanding job everything was spotless, well organized, and thoroughly cleaned to the highest standard. As this was an exit clean, I was initially a little nervous about letting someone into my home, but after reading the positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did.Team John, Diana, and Jot were professional, respectful, and very detail oriented in their work. They made the entire process stress free and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. I feel confident about my final inspection and will definitely be booking with your company again in the future. Thank you so much!

AVOID. Don't be fooled by the reviews; they cannot be real. This business also runs under the name Rental Bond Cleaning Brisbane. We engaged with Rental Bond Cleaning Brisbane (Gary) to perform a bond clean on our two bedroom two bathroom apartment. Two men arrived and took the payment upfront, stating they would take no more than 3 hours to complete the job. Six hours later, we checked the apartment and were disappointed to find the bathrooms and laundry hadn't been touched. The floors and sliding doors were covered in streaks/marks. When we tried to contact Gary to complete the clean, he became increasingly difficult to contact eventually not answering our calls or returning text messages. When he finally responded, he stated he would send cleaners out to complete the job only if our agency complained about the quality of the clean - contradictory to the claim on his website which states 100% customer satisfaction, and "72-hour satisfaction guarantee for peace of mind." He continued to mess us around for 3 days, eventually stating a cleaner would meet us at the apartment to complete the clean. We waited 90 minutes passed the agreed time and no one showed up, so we completed the clean ourselves. This man, and his business, operate in a dishonest and rude manner, not to mention they will not perform your bond clean to completion as promised.

Lovely people with beautiful skill to do deep clean our apartment. We hired them for our surfers paradise property to clean for bond cleaning. They were on time and gave us best possible service. Our agent was so pleased with their end of lease cleaning work. We do recommend them to all our friends for any deep clean or vacate cleaning in our area. Many thanks
