I used this service recently for my bond clean. What a team Rebecca and her husband are. Job was amazing and they didn’t leave anything unturned. Spotless oven, windows sparkling clean and all showers and bathroom to perfection. Alex also did the pest control service plus all carpets done. It’s certainly is a one stop shop. Thanks to Bec and her husband for making our bond clean experience simple, easy and no fuss during a stressful time. The booking system is really simple and easy to use and allowed us to book the bond clean, carpet clean and pest all together. Our tenancy was 6 years and after weaving there magic got rid of some cleaning items we were worried about how they would come up, i dont know why i was worried they come up as new! I am extremely dissatisfied with the standard of service and lack of transparency demonstrated. Payment was strongly requested in advance of the work commencing, which I declined. Fortunately, I did so, as upon arrival the cleaner advised that the original quotation had doubled. When I declined to accept the revised price, I was assured that my deposit would be refunded. However, upon contacting the owner to request this refund, it was subsequently refused. I would not recommend this company.
Alan arrived on time, was easy to communicate with when making the booking and cleaned as promised. Had no issues with getting our bond back when vacating the property. Thanks for your help Alan!
Alan's cleaning services were outstanding. He is very professional, turned up promptly on time and did an amazing job at cleaning our four bedroom rental. When the agent required a few items to be attended to, (which I believed to be unreasonable), Alan not only returned once, but twice when the Agent/Owner did not show up the first time. I highly recommend Alan Stephens Bond Cleaning services and will be requesting his service again when next we move.
Alan was absolutely fantastic to work with. Dealing with a difficult Real Estate, Alan was extremely accomodating and returned to the premises to tend to the unfair demands without qualm. He was easy to communicate with, extremely professional and did a fantastic job of the bond clean. Would definitely recommend and use again.
