The Green Clean Team

The Green Clean Team is a locally owned cleaning company that has been operating for 21 years. It holds ISO 14001 environmental certification and its products are certified by Good Environmental Choice Australia (GECA) and approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). The company offers a 100% service guarantee.

Its team members are fully trained and employed directly, not contractors. The Green Clean Team provides services across Bendigo, greater Melbourne and regional Victoria. It offers free on-site quotes. Its main services include home cleaning, commercial cleaning, specialised cleaning, and maintenance.

A carpet twenty-five years old that came up looking new is among the results described by customers of this Bendigo operator, and similar accounts of a house left spotless and smelling of eucalyptus recur throughout the feedback. A number of reviews mention the thoroughness of the work, from small details such as the inside of heaters to complete deep cleans completed within a tight time frame. Sharon and Zac are named in separate accounts, and both are described warmly, with staff generally found pleasant to have around the home.

Communication features often, both while bookings are arranged and afterwards through regular checks on satisfaction, and the team is credited with flexibility when urgent jobs arise. End-of-lease cleaning is a common theme, with one property said to have drawn praise from a letting agent, while carpet cleaning and general maintenance work across commercial and private buildings also appear. Several customers note the environmentally conscious approach, using it as a reason for returning, and quotes are described as easy to obtain, with clients indicating they would engage the service again.
