Yeti Cleaning & Maintenance Pty Ltd

Yeti Cleaning & Maintenance Pty Ltd provides commercial window cleaning and exterior property maintenance across Hobart and surrounding suburbs, with statewide service in Tasmania. The company serves offices, shops, strata properties, commercial buildings, residential property owners, and large industrial facilities.

Its services include window cleaning, facade washing, pressure cleaning, and gutter cleaning as one service, plus house soft washing and roof cleaning. It specialises in cleaning educational facilities such as schools, colleges, and childcare, having worked within the public and private education sectors. The company uses water-fed poles, high-access systems, and commercial-grade cleaning equipment, and offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Glenorchy residents describe a cleaning and maintenance operation whose work extends well beyond the window and gutter jobs given on its profile. Several customers note that Ash and his crew arrive when they say they will, work methodically and tidy the site before leaving, with the appropriate gear on hand and the cleaning stages explained along the way. Reliability and fair pricing come up repeatedly, as does the friendly, polite manner of the team, including Ray. Reviewers mention roof and gutter cleaning, window cleaning and whole-house work carried out at height, alongside landscaping, fencing, post-hole digging and garden restoration for clients whose circumstances had changed.

Communication is singled out as clear from quote through to finalisation, with projects delivered on time and without hidden surprises, and one customer notes a distant property was no barrier. Problem handling appears in accounts of a tightly scheduled job being moved to help before a house inspection, while ongoing house and yard maintenance over several years points to lasting relationships. Landscaping and fencing feature in accounts of repeat bookings, with neighbours of one client also seeking the team's services.
