If zero stars were an option, that’s what this company would get. Completely unreliable and an absolutely shocking standard of cleaning. The cleaners sent were unable to clean properly and could barely communicate in English. When questioned, it was admitted that none of the cleaners had received any training and that they had all only just arrived in Australia. To make matters worse, one cleaner’s visa status appeared highly questionable, which was extremely concerning and made us very uncomfortable. This company clearly prioritises filling jobs over safety, quality, or professionalism. Do not waste your time or money. Never use this service.

Every area — from desks to communal spaces — is consistently left spotless, and it has made a noticeable difference to the overall work environment. I’ve decided to update my old review Rubal I’ve had Hetal coming to my home for a while - she is a magnificent cleaner/carer - nothing is too much trouble. Recently she has teamed with her husband Namastar to shorten her visit by 1/2 .. it works. Both are very kind and attentive. I don’t have to hover around as they know exactly what to do. They had time to hang out my washing today as I was at the doctors and Michael was on his own - and disabled as you know. We don’t have a language barrier at all as they are pretty easy to communicate with. Please convey my many thanks to them and tell them I love that they take care of my house full of collections and 56 years of clutter. Very best wishes to you all Patricia W-S

Excellent service. Great cleaners. My house was quite messy, due to my physical condition, but the ladies put everything right and left it sparkling clean. Now I have weekly service. I strongly recommend A-one.
