Adelaide Gutter Cleaning

Returning customer who accepted quote for roof and downpipes cleaning. In my observation, the active work for three workers took a very short time, and for a significant portion of the visit the workers remained on the roof using their mobiles for personal use. When challenged at end of job workers said they were on phones while taking a lunch break. When I raised this with owner, my concerns with this were dismissed and the conversation became defensive and unproductive. I was told legal action would be taken if I posted a negative view. Before and after photos were not sent until 24 hours after invoice. Overall I was disappointed with both quality of communication and overall customer service experience. Future customers should confirm the scope and expectations of the quoted work in detail before proceeding. Sue

This people-oriented attitude makes me believe that working with them will be reassuring and provide high-quality, cost-effective service. Although I couldn't work with them this time, I will recommend them to my friends.

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to be at home at the time of the appointment due to my wife having a baby. My 13 year old was at home and they pressured him to allowing them to complete the job. They had returned again a few minutes later and tried again which had made my son pretty uncomfortable. I had managed to speak to someone on the phone and they started to lecture me about small business and did not listen to my concerns at all. They have now charged me a $98 call out fee plus gst. A week before Xmas and I have just had a baby.
