Gutter cleaning, roof washing and gutter guard installation recur throughout the feedback for this Brisbane provider. More than one customer describes the crew as punctual, arriving when arranged and keeping in touch before, during and after the work. The results themselves draw consistent praise: gutters cleared thoroughly, roofs brought back to an even colour, exterior surfaces washed until they look new again. More than one review highlights that the team works tidily, clearing pathways and surrounds without leaving a mess behind.

Rojan is named more than once as friendly and easy to deal with, and the wider crew is described as professional and dedicated. Value comes up as well, with the pricing called fair and the service quick. One household notes that the roof was so dirty the crew returned the following day to finish it properly at no additional charge, an example of how problems and extra work are absorbed rather than passed on. Before-and-after photographs are mentioned as evidence of the transformation. The combination of roof washing, gutter clearing and guard fitting, carried out by a courteous team, is the thread running through the accounts.
