Avoid – Bait and switch pricing after taking deposit Initial quote was $599 + GST for a standard 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom bond clean at 40 Petermann Circuit, Yarrabilba. I paid the $50 booking fee via PayID on 1 July as requested to lock in the job for 2 July. After they did an “inspection”, they suddenly said the work was “much more extensive” and quoted $1,000 cleaning + $100 pest control + GST = $1,160 total (nearly double the original price). They then demanded full upfront payment via PayID before any cleaners would start. Because of the massive price increase and the full upfront payment demand (which wasn’t clearly disclosed when I paid the booking fee), I cancelled. I asked for my $50 deposit back and provided bank details. They have continued chasing confirmation of the original $50 payment instead of refunding it. Wasted time, stress, and now chasing my own money. Have kept full screenshots and reported to Queensland Fair Trading. Would not recommend.

I did not hire this company, but the previous tenants in the apartment that I moved to did hire them to perform: - Bond cleaning - Sanitizer and disinfectant for the full house - Carpet cleaning - Steam cleaning of 6-seater sofa and 2 mattresses I was provided the invoice by my property manager after they told me I was expected to get the carpets, mattresses and sofa's steam cleaned at the end of my tenancy. To sum up, it looked like a surface clean was only performed on the apartment. they did not clean under the beds, behind the tv cabinet, in between the washing machine which was caked in dust and dirt. Underneath the dishwasher there was scraps of food and dry pasta and general dust and dirt. The external aircon vents were covered in dust. We unfortunately had a small spill in the bedroom and bought a Bissell spot cleaner to get the stains out. We also did a test on the clean area of the carpet, and it came out with extremely dirty water so if steam cleaning was done, it wasn't done very well. The previous tenant paid over a thousand dollars for this service, we moved in approximately 4 weeks after the cleaning was completed. For a 2 bedroom apartment and it did not seem very thorough and the bare minimum was done to pass a bond clean. All of these things were noted in the entry report for my property manager.

I had a terrible experience with this cleaning company. After they serviced my home, they caused a flood in my upstairs ensuite, which resulted in significant damage to my laundry downstairs. To make matters worse, the company did not offer any apologies or even acknowledge their mistake. Instead, I was met with nothing but lies. I would not recommend their services to anyone. Huge hassle to make sure they do the things they "list" in the quote. Left my balcony dirty because they tried to charge an extra $50, even tho balconies are included. Amounts other excuse as to why they want more money. Would gladly avoid this company.

Bunch of thieves. This business is completely deceptive. I booked them for a bond clean, 2 bedrooms. They asked me to send photos, and after reviewing them, they quoted $490. I accepted and booked them for Sunday. I clearly told them that Monday was my last day and I wouldn’t be there. They said no problem. On the day, they sent one lady and a kid in the morning. I noticed they weren’t actually starting the work and were just taking photos. Shortly after, I received a message saying the price had suddenly increased to $900. The house was already empty and mostly cleaned — it only needed windows and vacuuming. They knew it was my last day and tried to squeeze as much money as possible out of me. I asked them to leave.
