Bettr Clean have been my Mum's regular Aged Care cleaning service for more than 6 months. They (Erin -admin) are easy to deal with and really accommodating with what is required. Maddie (Cleaner) is wonderful with my Mum - she is so friendly and is a pleasure to have in the house. Cleaning is always of an excellent quality and we've been extremely happy with attention and service.

The team at Bettr Clean have been professional and accomodating. Their communication is prompt and responsive, especially if times need to be changed. The cleaners ask for, or take special instructions and the. remember them week to week. This sounds little but makes a big difference. I would highly recommend

Hired Bettr Clean for a fortnightly clean after moving into our 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse in March. They’ve been reliable and punctual since the first clean in April, usually sending an SMS a few days before to confirm arrival time for cleaning day. Cleaning, in our case, is typically done by two people and takes about an hour. It’s not a deep clean, but the results are consistent and meet our expectations given we keep the place fairly tidy. Payment is straightforward with an online invoice sent after each visit. Overall, a dependable service that does the job.
