Bond Cleaning in Adelaide

the most discussing cleaner company i have come a cross, please please do not use this company, they turn up with a rag and a water bottle, crooks they are, came for a revisit but still terrible and I had to do the clean myself to get the bond back. Also will not refund just come up with brush off excuses. Atrocious, Id give then a -5 if google would allow

WARNING !! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. Worst bond cleaning experience ever I hired them for end-of-lease cleaning with a bond-back guarantee and paid the full amount upfront. Unfortunately, the cleaning was incomplete and well below standard. My real estate agent rejected the job and listed several areas that were not cleaned properly. The company was given the chance to return and fix the issues, but their cleaner refused to complete the work even after access was granted. As a result, the agent had to bring in another cleaner and the cost was deducted from my bond. BCIC refused to take responsibility despite all the evidence and communication. Their service was unprofessional, unreliable, and the bond-back guarantee is absolutely meaningless. I just care that people stop getting scammed by a company like this that has no office and hides behind the “end of lease clean” label just to take people’s money.

Where do I even begin.. booked with Bond cleaning 3 weeks in advance for a Thursday 3pm end of lease clean. I rang twice to double check the date and time was 100% okay as new owners were moving in the next day. I had a phone call on the Wednesday night at 7.30pm saying they had no staff for that shift so it had to be rescheduled for Friday morning. They absolutely guaranteed me it would be done. Friday morning I met with the cleaner at 7.30am and as I was collecting the last few items and sweeping outside the cleaner tells me she has to go because she has a uni assignment due that day. I asked her why did she take this shift if she couldn’t complete it and also she knew about her uni assignment a week ago. I explained to her that I needed the job done as new owners were moving in that day. She gave me nothing and said she had to go. I had my 2 children looked after so I could unpack my new house and instead I spent the day cleaning the old one. So beyond disappointed and totally let down

Took a chance based on their pricing, they did an incredible job!! I was blown away by how clean the house was and I got my bond back in full. Thanks so much!! $430 to clean a 2 bedroom, one bathroom home, including external windows and 2 bedrooms carpet cleaned. Bargain!! Most other companies that quoted me charge this amount without carpets or external windows.

DO NOT USE! Quoted for a 10 hour clean, done in 6 hours, but the quality of it was so bad as they missed so many areas that were told they would clean. Tried contacting both the booking number and the cleaner himself with not much luck. Cleaner finally said he would come out the next morning to rectify, but he never showed up. Unable to get in touch with anyone since. Useless and borderline fraudulent company.

Wish there was an option to leave ONE STAR. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Run the other direction I beg of you! Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before I booked. What a DISGUSTING company this is, stealing peoples money. Had the same experience as all the other horrible reviews, cleaner took less than 2 hours to “clean” the whole house, the clean was shocking and somehow looked worse than we left it. Agent was furious, we were furious so they came back a second time and again, LOOKED NO DIFFERENT, CAME BACK A 3RD TIME AND WAS STILL HORRID!! Charges more than all the other companies and promises the world but will actually leave you worse off than if you just did it yourself. The amount of time wasted I had to spend trying to contact by texts, emails and calls the company and the bloody cleaners who couldn’t understand a damn thing!!!! I ended up having to WASTE MY TIME GOING TO THE PROPERTY MANY TIMES TO PHYSICALLY SHOW THE CLEANERS WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!! THIS COMPANY IS HORRIFIC. This company wasted my time, money, causes me stress. You hire cleaners to make it easier and have a PROFESSIONAL CLEAN but all they did was make it worse and cause me so much stress while moving. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
