We are very pleased with Kevin and his hard working team. Our large home is now fresh and sparkling. Booking process was very easy - I phoned Kevin directly and found him very professional and can recommend him.

Brisbane cleaning angels were fantastic. Mia and team came at short notice, when they arrived, they got straight in to it and left my house looking beautiful and smelling amazing! They were friendly, professional and on time. I would definitely recommend them.

The cleaners are great, they are so attentive to detail and getting into the corners and really doing a comprehensive clean. It looks and feels great when they have finished. I would definitely recommend this team!

I dont believe in writing negative reviews. I generally just dont go back. However in this instance, I feel it is necessary. We have been customers of Brisbane Cleaning Angel's for many years. I have consistently advised my other half that these cleaners are a waste of money and she has defended them. Yes, they cleaned but not well. I work from home so I would see when they arrived and left and what they did and did not do. They would often leave without even saying anything so that I couldn't get the opportunity to politely mention what still need to be done before their 2 hours were up. They rarely did a full 2 hours for 2 people which we paid for. Lots of areas completely missed Also they would not turn up from time to time. The people would change. This is another issue as you end up spending time training the new people inside the time you are paying for them. In the end, an average job, not worth paying for in my opinion. To top it off, for the first time ever in the 6 plus years or paying for their regular service and despite them often cancelling their services with no notice or communication, my other half forgot to call them over Easter to let them know that we were away. When they arrived and they used our ring camera, I advised we were away and sincerely apologised. We then got a call from Kevin who was clearly unhappy advising he would be charging us $100 call out fee. My other half said thats a bit rich given you cancel without even telling us and this is the first time we have ever done this. He said thats okay and the call ended. Then we messaged and ask what time they were coming to clean today (very typical of them not to communicate) and Kevin responded saying they are not cleaning our house any longer because we refused the $50 fee. We contacted him due to our genuine surprise to his message and clarified we were told by him $100 for not attending and he then denies this and was very rude to my other half who had him on speaker phone next to me. After years of being tolerant of sub-standard cleaning then to be spoken to and treated this way is not acceptable. I can only assume there is lots of business out there for a business to be able to intentionally burn loyal customers like that. I hope you dont run out of customers in the future because you burned them all and lots of people hear about it and dont even try you out. Lastly, dont ever speak to my other half like that again. This is your first and only warning.

Cleaning Angels are fantastic. Helped me out so much when I needed assistance in a short time frame. Kevin did a fabulous job and I highly recommend.

Kevin and team are great. Highly reliable, professional and great results. They go over and beyond. Punctual and very professional. My place feels very fresh and clean once they are done with it.
