CareCleanSA in Adelaide covers end-of-lease cleaning, and one account describes Jimmy cleaning a rental property from late morning into the evening. The result was described as pristine, with the oven, dishwasher and shower left sparkling.

The landlord was reportedly impressed and noted the home had stayed in good order across seven years, and the bond was returned straight away. The business is also listed as a carpet cleaning service and a window cleaning service, so work beyond a standard end-of-lease clean can be arranged. The review names Jimmy as the cleaner who carried out the job.
