Clean Haus

Clean Haus Commercial and Bond Cleaning Pty Ltd was established in 2021 as a family-owned cleaning service. The company specialises in end-of-lease and communal area cleaning for offices and residential complexes. It serves Brisbane CBD and the Inner Western suburbs. Its clients include property agents and managers. Clean Haus offers residential cleaning including end-of-lease cleaning, regular cleaning and custom cleans. It also provides commercial cleaning for commercial, office and communal area needs.

Clean Haus has built a loyal following in Brisbane, with customers returning to its team for regular and end-of-lease work. A theme that comes up often is the professionalism of Ray, Deb and their colleagues, who are described as thorough, dedicated and genuinely pleasant to deal with. A number of reviews mention the reliability of the service, from straightforward bookings to quick responses when schedules shift, including one apartment cleaned at short notice. The standard of the result draws consistent praise: ovens brought back to looking new, units left refreshed, and apartments prepared for final inspections that secured full bond returns.

Customers in several reviews describe the communication before and after each job, with property managers and real estate agents kept directly informed throughout the moving process. The team also handles bond cleans combined with pest treatment, and attention to detail is noted across quoting, cleaning and completion. Named staff members Ray, Hugo and Paola receive thanks for friendly, efficient work, and customers describe feeling stress free from start to finish. The willingness to inspect a property beforehand to understand what needs attention is another point that comes up often.
