I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Drymaster Cleaning Newcastle. I wanted three rugs (two acrylic and one wool) cleaned and a stain on the carpet upstairs removed. Nik phoned and asked would it be possible to come early as he'd had a few cancellations due to the rain, and I said sure! Nik greeted me professionally, explained the process, WIPED HIS FEET coming in and out of the front door, and worked away quickly and quietly. The results were great and the price even better! I thoroughly recommend Nik from Drymaster.
I recently used Drymaster Carpet Cleaning Newcastle for a friend’s house that was up for sale. There were stains on both bedroom carpets & a rug that also had spills & Nikolas worked hard on a very hot day to successfully get the stains out for me. I was impressed with the result & the price. I haven’t used any carpet cleaners before but I am definitely impressed with the result achieved by Nikolas.

I was visiting my Newcastle apartment and had noticed water damage on one of the bedroom floors from a water pipe that has been leaking.. Micheal and the team from Drymaster were quick to get there and help sort out the issue and to return back 4 days later to check everything and pick up equipment… I would not hesitate to contact them for further carpet cleans Much appreciated Deb Lawson
