I was extremely unhappy with the exit clean. All 3 people who were living in this property on the lease are very unhappy. Where to start.... Walls, maybe, just maybe he wiped some here and there. I did confirm with realestate spot clean means to clean walls where dirty. Not done. Oven Attempted to be cleaned but chemicals streeks and even dead insects left on stove top. Dishwasher wasn't even opened to be looked at let alone Attempted to be cleaned. Glass left all streeky in bathrooms. Shower screens and mirrors. We were told by the realestate that the carpets weren't cleaned properly and need to be re done. Carpet was pulled up in more than one room and the kicker he hosed out the garage at the end of his clean and closed up the garage. Resulting in condensation running down glass doors walls and the skirting boards all swollen and damaged from excess water. Just a warning to everyone this company seems very hit and miss as I have read some great reviews but also more just like my own. We did get a partial refund so he did admit to not doing the job properly but will not come back to fix the issues. Not happy with this company at all.
This team did a fantastic job for my end of lease bond clean. They were responsive, had very reasonable prices, were on time and did a 10/10 job. Communication was excellent and I couldn’t fault their service. Exactly what I needed during a stressful time of moving house. . Thanks for a great experience
He did an amazing job on our exit bond clean. He showed up and gave us a quote and asked if we would do a minor clean on showers and vacuum dog hair, to save us hundreds of dollars. Did a fantastic job, didn't need to be called back. Great service, great work. 5/5
Nate did a fantastic bond clean of our rental property, was very clean. Very honest with what they will and will not do, no BS. Make sure you listen and be honest when being quoted. Was punctual, clearly put in the hours, reasonable price. 5 stars, will definitely be our first choice when/if we need a bond cleaner in the future.
He was amazing, pulled a 13 hour day at our large house, bond clean was exceptional, provided a receipt and also had a guarantee date. Will only be calling one company between rentals from now on. Incredibly happy with the result
Nate did a wonderful job of our exit bond clean. We had quite a large house and every room was spectacular. Very happy with this service and we did not have any complaints. Seamless correspondence, high level work and professionalism. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great bond clean.
