Expert bond cleaning

These guys were great. Performed a bond clean on a 2 bed 2 bath appartment and returned the keys to the agency once completed. Got my full bond back. Communication was great. They turned up when they said they would, did what they said they would, and honored the quote I was initially given. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely terrible! A total scam. Made me pay in advance despite my hesitation to do so. I was told I would be contacted before the cleaners left and had asked them to call me aswell so I could look at the place. I had not received a call and began to get worried so I drove back to the property to find them gone and the house not cleaned surfaces had not been wiped walls, tracks, window tracks, appliances shelves not touched, power outlets not even touched I ran a wipe over it and the dirt that came off it was a clear indication it was not even touched. I then had to clean the remaining parts of the house myself while arguing back and forth with the man on the phone who didn’t listen to my request for the cleaners to come back or have my money refunded. They then proceeded to decline my calls, ignore them I called them over 10 times after them saying they would get mangers involved however no follow up. What an awful way to take advantage of people using an already stressful time such as moving to steal and scam customers. Do not hire these people they will promise a service then leave you high and dry and take your money

Very professional and friendly service, they did a great job and we got our bond back. Highly recommended!

These Guys are amazing. Our original bond cleaners pulled out, so I reached out to Sandy & the team who I found on here and they were great to deal with. They were responsive, professional & kept me informed leading up to & during the clean. There were a few things I didn't think would be able to be removed/cleaned completely especially on the walls, but they managed to and I'm so thankful. Will definitely be using them again in future - Thank you Sandy!!!!!

We were not impressed with this service. They had left a mess on the bench top in kitchen (clearly wasn't wiped down) Toilet bowl was still dirty. They had left smudge marks on the windows, mirrors aswell as the ceiling. We informed them to come back and rectify, to which they did come back and made the smudge on windows even worse. In the end we had to resolve the problem ourselves as clearly they were unable to maintain a quality clean although we paid a premium price. Very dissatisfied experience using this service.
