Gutter Savvy Gutter Cleaning

Gutter Savvy Gutter Cleaning is based in Toowong, Brisbane, and operates within a 20km service radius from Toowong. The business is owned and operated by Lloyd Reardon, with customers dealing directly with him from quote to job completion. Gutters are cleared using a powerful vacuum rather than a blower.

Vacuum gutter cleaning is provided for commercial buildings including shops, offices and strata, as well as residential homes, single or double storey. Solar panel cleaning is offered exclusively to gutter cleaning customers. Most customers are homeowners. A fixed price is quoted before starting work. The average callback time is 30 minutes.

Roof and gutter maintenance across Toowong properties is the thread running through this feedback, with Lloyd named again and again as the person behind the work. Customers repeatedly describe him as friendly, honest and willing to go the extra mile, noting that nothing seemed too much trouble. Punctuality stands out, as does the capacity to slot in urgent jobs when a household is in a bind, and one reviewer recalls coming home after a workday to find the task already finished. Mess-free outcomes are mentioned often, with debris and growth removed and gardens and driveways left clear.

Several accounts highlight the before-and-after photographs shown as evidence of the result. Communication is praised at both the booking stage and afterwards, and practical guidance on maintaining roof and eaves is valued by customers. Charges are described as fair and affordable for the effort involved. Hard-to-reach gutters on steep, multi-storey homes recur as a challenge handled with care, alongside flushing, debris removal and roof cleaning. Many return for repeat bookings whenever the gutters need attention again.
