The team did an amazing job! Had a big End of Lease to complete with a tight timeframe and they did an amazing job. Great to deal with and open communication which was great. We wish them nothing but many more successes moving forward and our first point of call for future cleaning in Ballarat!!
2 stars because I didn't want to be mean. Sadly, once only and never again. Water droplets left all over my wooden bathroom ceiling which I spotted when taking a shower. Black dirty water drops left over kitchen and dining laminate floors. Water all over my grey kitchen rubbish bin. Found water all over laundry walls. Pete vacuuming was hard to watch. Not how I like it. Abby and Clare are just too young to appreciate how to clean a 65yo home.
I had won a competition for a general clean from Hope Cleaning Co and I was impressed with their professional communication prior to the visit. Awell as their friendly and efficient service when they were in my home. The whole experience was wonderful they did a great job with the bathrooms and the smaller details, that I struggle to find time to clean. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks again Hope Cleaning Co team.
Peter Irish of Hope Cleaning Co. is very dependable and reliable when it comes to home cleaning. The carpet cleaning they did for our place was excellent. Price is reasonable.Definitely highly recommended.
Pete is an absolute gem, I needed some urgent cleaning today and even though he had finished up for the year yesterday he still came in and help me out. He is very quick and thorough with the whole thing. 10/10 and if you’re having a doubt i am assured you he is really good and know what he is doing.
Hope Cleaners did an amazing job! The team was professional, thorough, and incredibly efficient. My place has never looked this clean, they paid attention to every detail. On top of that, their prices are super affordable, especially for the quality of work they deliver. I’m really impressed and will definitely be using their services again. Highly recommend!
Thanks Peter and team for keeping our house beautiful and clean. We appreciate all of you efforts and attention to detail. Michael & Zoe
