HWE have just completed a long overdue house wash for my old Queenslander house and I am so delighted at the result,the difference is amazing,the attention to detail is meticulous and every corner is spotless .Excellent communication,so easy to deal with and very prompt and efficient.Thankyou.
The guy who did the job was fantastic but the communication with the office is appalling Didn’t confirm appointment I had to contact them to confirm and was told be there sometime between 9 and 12 . I ask them to contact me once the cleaner was finished on his previous job .as i am self employed and have jobs booked but no call was made the cleaner told me that there was no comment in his job sheet to contact me . In brief job was great office communication poor
Needed the wash at short notice and Mae in the office was extremely understanding and helpful. We'd tried to organise everyone else that needed access to the home around the wash, inevitably others turned up while it was happening. Trevor was a champ and worked around them and did an excellent job at the same time. Highly recommend!
David did a great job and kept working even when it started to rain. Our property is quite steep and we have a double-storey house, which made access more challenging. The roof was cleaned well, but the setup felt a bit unsafe, and he needed my help with the ladder. It would have been more efficient and safer if there were two workers given the site conditions. We also asked for our gutters to be cleaned, but I’m not convinced they were. Overall, decent work, but the setup could be safer and better planned.
