The carpets were steamed cleaned well and also the windows and wardrobes. Although, there were many areas that were not cleaned at all! Skirting boards in kitchen and bathroom dirty, area where washing machine was wasn’t cleaned at all. Drawers in bathroom not done. I had to spend an hour of my time tonight cleaning! Waste of $440 for an exit clean.

I booked and paid upfront for a 3-hour general clean, but the standard of cleaning was extremely basic. The shower tiles were not cleaned, the shelf in the shower was still dirty, and even the shampoo bottles had not been moved, leaving clear outlines behind them. There was also significant dust under the couch that had clearly not been vacuumed. The list goes on. The cleaner himself was polite and friendly, so I do not blame him at all. However, the overall standard suggested a complete lack of training and supervision. When I contacted the company, their response simply referred back to the quote and terms rather than addressing the issues. Even if they had offered to return, it raises concerns that cleaners are being sent out without proper training and that customers are expected to explain basic cleaning tasks. I would not use this service again.

Highly recommend. Great value. Easy and clear communication and the end of lease clean was immaculate, in particular the carpets which have never looked better. These guys are great!

I booked for a carpet steam clean for 3 bedrooms, 1 study and stairs. They flooded my living room floor - said accident happened and that the floor will be ok. They have done this so many times. They are wrong because I have alredy seen the wrinkle from the edge of the floor board. They flooded my hallway again. This time said I already wiped the floor and you can complained. Now my floorboards are swollen and they said they are not responsible for it stating that this is their STANDARD PRACTICE! Not recommending steam clean carpet to anyone Pictures speak a thousand word. They are not taking any responsibility at all. In fact, they are a complete opposite of what they said they are. Be very careful. You have been warned!!!

Ivory cleaning service did a really good job on my floors They keep you informed about any changes and the staff are very respectful I have an elderly male indoor cat and they were very good at respecting my wishes to. be mindful of him I will definitely be using them again

Great experience! It was my preference to communicate via email and this was honoured through the whole process. I was emailed several quotes prior to the service date so I could be aware and agree to the price beforehand. The communication was prompt, friendly, and professional. When the professionals arrived they were very polite and courteous and did a very thorough job. Pricing was great for the amount of work. Would definitely use again.
