Ocean Breeze Window Cleaning

Ocean Breeze Window Cleaning is a window and gutter cleaning business founded in 2022 by John Paton, who brings over 35 years of industry experience. The business is locally owned and fully insured, and its team is police-checked and holds a Working with Children's Card.

It uses pure ionised water and plant-based cleaners, with no harsh chemicals, and water-fed poles to clean up to three storeys from the ground without ladders. A 100% satisfaction guarantee applies, with a free return if the customer is not happy. The service area covers Melbourne's eastern and northern suburbs. Services include window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and cleaning of cobwebs and fly screens.

Interior and exterior window cleaning, fly screen work and attention to hard-to-reach glass feature repeatedly in feedback, with reviewers noting that no pane is left streaked or missed. John is named often, described as prompt, communicative and cheerful, and customers mention that he arrives as promised and works quickly without cutting corners. The team is repeatedly called reliable, trustworthy and hardworking, with several clients noting that awkward conservatory panes and sections beyond easy reach are handled without fuss and that the crew carries everything needed on board.

Tidiness comes up often, with the work area left neat and the glass left sparkling bright. Pricing is described as fair and offering good value, and communication before and after the visit, including updates, is praised. Reviewers frequently describe the whole process as hassle-free and note that the windows come up spotless consistently. Long-standing clients and first-time customers alike comment on the care taken and the pride shown in the finish, with inside and outside cleaning and fly screens completed in a single visit. A recurring point is the trust customers place in John to deliver the same thorough result each time.
