Terrible bond cleaning experience. Booked this service to provide a thorough bond clean of my one bedroom unit. The initial cleaner was provided with the wrong address and arrived 45 minutes late. When I reviewed the apartment, the cleaner had done such a poor job (didn’t even touch the bathroom), that I had to get them back to re-do the clean. Rebooked for a 6am clean and after 20 minutes, no one had arrived. When I called the cleaner to ask where he was, he was still at home and consequently arrived 70 minutes after the scheduled time! Update: did not appreciate the call from your service requesting that I remove this post. Extremely unprofessional!
Big thanks to Ozclean for treating and cleaning the mould on our ceilings. It was great to get knowledgeble information and management recommendations sith regard to our issues with mould. Moving is my least favourite thing to do! Prakesh and his team are fantastic! Nothing is too much for them and they will come back as many times as needed to make you happy. Of course you never need them to come back because their quality of work is exceptional. I highly recommend OZCLEAN.
