Very impressed with this company. When my rug was returned I unrolled it and a lot of dirt came out. I contacted them to let them know I didn’t think it had been cleaned. Katelyn was amazing. Took action straight away arranging for the rug to be picked up again and cleaned. She investigated what had happened and let me know the action they had taken to ensure this did not happen again. They offered a complimentary rug protection treatment and a bottle of their professional cleaner. I understand things go wrong but what makes an outstanding company stand out from the others is the prompt action they take to fix an issue. Thanks Katelyn. You were amazing.

First time I have used this company. Leanne promptly contacted me after I completed the online quote request. She was helpful and quite lovely to deal with. The price was exactly as she quoted. Leanne left me with every confidence that if anything was discovered that would alter the price, she would let me know beforehand. The rug was picked up and delivered on time by staff who were very polite and pleasant. The rug is beautifully refreshed. I will definitely use Premier Rug cleaning again. Cannot fault their service.

First time using this company. Will be back in the future Con: Website quote process did not process at all multiple times. Just sent an email instead and that was prompt. Pro: Everything else was great and smooth process. Especially the pick up and drop off service. Some mold stain was not removable, but I did not care as long as it was thoroughly cleaned. This is stated prior anyways that it may not be able to be removed. Will be using them again in future as I do have more rugs that need cleaning.

I have been using Premier Rug Cleaning for the past few years. I can highly recommend them for any service. My rugs were brought back to look like new. The staff are so friendly and really know their business. Customer service is excellent.
