Reliable Bond Cleaning

The most unreliable service !! We engaged them to clean our premises in February 2026. Am writing this review after we went through a RTA dispute for 100% bond claims by the rental agency for the premises cleaned by reliable cleaning. We were new in Australia and the agency caused us hassles 1. Didn’t clean as per rental reviews standards ( fans were not cleaned properly, window sils left unclean and sinks left dirty. 2.Walls were not wiped well. 3.Carpets not cleaned up to standards. 4.Charged more than originally agreed for cleaning walls but did a bad job and was a point of highlight in RTA discussion 5.Provided a hand written invoice which was not acceptable as per RTA for any dispute resolution. Overall their claim of 100% bond refund was fake and customer satisfaction after 2 rounds of cleaning was 0 . Do not engage them if you looking for 100 rental bond refunds.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Excellent service and very responsive communication. Realestate required a small touch up, they didn't hestitate to return and remedy. Job was completed to very high standard. Exceptional value.

Shavy and team did a great job, highly recommend them for any cleaning services.

The team were amazing. All the way through from booking to completion, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The completed job was outstanding and I'll be recommending them to anyone who asks in future. Thanks alot team !

Fantastic …!!! from first contact, quote & reconciling which areas exactly to delivery of service. Outstanding communication and clean. Together Harject & Harject professionally cleaned my lease exit with awesome precision. Very highly recommend this amazing team, they left the apartment spotless!!! Thank you again!

Great family business, the communication is top notch, they are on time and very respectful. Their 7 day’s warranty is great and they don’t hesitate to go back and touch up their work if necessary. The price was excellent and honest vs other companies charging crazy amounts for carpets on stairs, they only charged me the minimum charge for carpet cleaning, which was fair from everyone. I recommend reliable bond cleaning without hesitation 👌✨

I recently had the pleasure of using family-run Reliable Bond Cleaning services, and I couldn't be more impressed. Their reliability and attention to detail were truly outstanding. From the moment they arrived, it was clear that they took great pride in their work. Every corner of my rental property was meticulously cleaned, ensuring I got my full bond back without any hassle. The team was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. It's evident why they have such good reviews, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of a trustworthy bond cleaner and very well priced as well.
