Sunshine Coast Bond Cleaning

Great service from Sunshine Coast Bond Cleaning. Communication with the office was excellent from start to finish. Although the cleaning required more time and work than initially quoted, and the final price increased, this was understandable as the property needed a lot of extra attention. The final result was amazing — the place looked even better than when we moved in. Highly recommended.

Great quality, friendly team. Good communication

Great local company with local owners. Good prices and wonderful clean

Sunshine Bond Cleaners. Booking confirmed with $50 deposit. $550 clean. Two days before the job the cleaner notifies of inability to meet scheduled time. Head office has no replacement. New (less acceptable) time agreed that has cost me an additionalday'saccommodation. Cleaner arrives on time but plays dumb. Cant find apartment. Cant follow instructions. Weaponised incompetence. Gets to apartment, looks around. Has a piss in the toilet without asking! Starts filming apartment. Send off film. Says we need to wait. For what? Renegotiate price he says. Then says this isn't his real job, he's filling in. He was sacked from his IT job. This does not leave me confident of a good clean. Waiting, waiting. 40minutes into clean time I rang HO. Apartment is too big, too many windows, more doors than agreed, and a fridge! New price $1200.! I get upset tell them to shove it but he says the cleaner needs paying for the time they were there. Leaning on the wall, doing nothing. If I want to cancel, late cancellation fee is $200. The (Indian (identifying not derogatory) sounding) HO man was insistent. If I get an invoice for it, I'll take it to Australian Consumer Affairs. I recorded the phone conversation as evidence. I will formally report that they set you up to cancel, then demand a cancellation fee. I am furious. It cost me extra accommodation, lost deposit, and no clean. Additional stress on top of an already stressful time. Terrible behaviour by a company. Once my move is complete, I believe I will formally lodge this with Australian Consumer Affairs.

As a property manager I always recommend Sunshine Coast bond cleaners. I see a lot of other companies work and nothing compares . Sunshine Coast bond cleaners are easy to deal with and deliver exceptionally clean bond cleans that really do stand out from the other cleaners. 100% recommend them for bond cleans!

Great communication & service, fair price which reflects on quality of their work. Real Estate agent was happy with clean outcome and I received my bond back in full. Highly recommended.

I had a top notch experience with Sunshine Coast Bond Cleaning. The whole process from quoting to the clean was seamless. The office person was really clear in her information deliverance, professional and courteous. The cleaning team did an excellent job, the place looked great and smelt lovely too. Love the fact that they have a 5 day return policy too. Loved, loved, loved, so will definitely be referring them to family and friends. They may not be the cheapest on the coast, but you get what you pay for, and SCBC sure do deliver on service!
