Extremely poor experience for a premium-priced service ($2850). We hired this business for a full bond clean (4 bed, 3 bath) including walls, carpets, and external windows. Despite the expensive quote, the service was significantly below par. Major issues included: 1) Incomplete Work: Large areas were missed entirely, including vinyl floors that weren't even swept, unwashed external windows, and a completely untouched double garage. There was also a number of other incomplete items throughout the house. 2) Property Damage: They broke a set of blinds, discarded a component of our intercom, and caused an electrical short that left our garage doors disengaged and unlocked. These mishaps were not disclosed to us. 3) Unprofessional Conduct: Management was argumentative when issues were raised and pressured us for full payment on multiple occasions. It took multiple return visits for them to finish, and in the end, I had to complete the cleaning myself. Given the high price point, the lack of accountability and poor quality of work , I cannot recommend this firm.
