Adelaide Supermaids

Great cleaners, good attention to detail, very polite and accommodating. Would definitely recommend them!

I recently had a Deep Clean done by Adelaide Supermaids. They were super responsive and easy during the booking process and very reasonably priced. On the day their cleaners were fantastic and made sure I was happy with the work that had been done prior to their leaving. I'm very happy with the results.

We recently used Adelaide Supermaids for a deep house clean before our baby arrives, since it’s been harder for me to do those big cleans lately. We are so so thrilled with the result! The attention to detail was amazing, and everything looks absolutely perfect. The lovely lady who cleaned downstairs even rearranged my kitchen counters a little, and I actually much prefer how she set it up compared to before!! It’s such a relief to have everything sparkling and organised before the baby comes. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Adelaide Supermaids to anyone wanting a truly thorough clean!

We’ve been using Adelaide Supermaids’ 'Super Clean' service for several years and have always been impressed with their quality and reliability. We recently started fortnightly cleans and couldn’t be happier, the service, professionalism, attention to detail, and value for money are all outstanding.

Just want to say that Sean is amazing. Super nice person and our flat is spotless after one of his cleans. We couldn't get through rental inspections without him!

Have been with Adelaide Supermaids for over three years now and have seriously been the best cleaning service I have ever used in my home. Honest, efficient, flexible and excellent customer service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great cleaning service.

We have always booked the super clean and had either 1 or 2 cleaners attend and never stay more than 2 hours. This time I’ve gone to book 2 hours custom clean and then I was told that the cleaners had said it would be 40 minutes to vacuum 2 bedrooms… which is not only ridiculous but a lie! Then when I asked if the work I need done could be completed within the 2 hours conveniently she couldn’t ask the cleaners that question? See below for conversation with the owner. Owner: The cleaners have just gotten back to me. Typically, they need about 30-40 minutes to clean each bathroom and around 40 minutes to vacuum the floors. Since you ve booked only 2 hours, they ll focus on cleaning 2 bathrooms and the floors-if that works for you. If time permits, they ll also wipe down the kitchen cupboards Me: Okay, we've always picked super clean and they're always only here for 2 hours anyway and we need less for this clean. They never take more than 15 minutes vacuuming 2 bedrooms and bathroom shower and sink will be about 30 minutes so there will be enough time for 2 hours. Thank you. Owner: 2hrs each? Mean 4hrs total Me: We've had just the man come before and he has taken 2 hours on his own? Owner: Oh I see Overall a poor experience and very disappointing as we had used this service previously and won’t be again. But just something to be aware about. This was just my personal experience and based entirely on the messages I received from the business. EDIT: As per their reply, you can see that they complete our 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms within 2 hours but when I booked 2 hours for just this: - 2 bedrooms vacuumed - ensuite bathroom - main bathroom shower and sink - kitchen cupboards door wiped down - maybe a quick tidy above stove top/splashback - lounge room tv unit/glass table wiped down - 1ish wall to spot clean They said that 2 hours would only be enough time for the bathrooms and 2 bedrooms vacuumed (as per text conversation) but super clean of the whole house takes 2 hours… something doesn’t add up here except pushing for more money.
