Advanced Star Cleaning

Thank you, what a difference going through a different company. After my experience the day before with another local service provider left me feeling disheartened and frustrated, I contacted Advancedstar Cleaning and they said they could help. They booked an actual time, not just a vague time range, and even arrived 15 minutes early. They were prompt, professional, communicated clearly throughout, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Within 3 hours, Lola and Shihab had everything sorted, and to top it off, the final cost even came in a little under the quoted price. The whole experience was handled professionally and in a timely manner, a complete contrast to what I dealt with 24 hours earlier. We get our house cleaning done weekly and it is always an absolute pleasure to come home to a nice clean home. They even clean up the toys my kids have left on the floor and arrange them on my daughters bed! Highly recommend the Advanced Star Team

I had to give 1 star to be able to write this review. Utterly disgusting the way Adam (I think that was his name) treated me. Asked to have a vacant property cleaned before a photographer comes in and didn't fo the job. Cleaner also took the keys from real estate agent and returned it the same day! So I am highly concern what they actually did with the key! Lucky for cameras They never cleaned the property and screwd me up big time. Photographer had to try and help me to see what he can do. Absolutely waste of time and not trust worthy at all!

Asked for a quote to clean and got a generic reply "Unfortunately we are currently full booked and wouldn’t be able to help until into the new year. Please accept our apologies that we can’t help you this time." My reply "Hi and thanks for the reply. Some time in the new year suits me fine. Let me know a time and I'm happy to book a clean." 10 days later and I'm still waiting for a reply..absolutely useless.

Previous to me being granted an aged care package i received home care from local government this was then transferred to private providers. The private provider I was allocated was totally unsatisfactory. I often had to tell the person what to do and how to do It, following a discussion with the case manger (linkages) I asked to have advanced star cleaning there was some difficulty in this process as linkages didn't have a contract with the company I now have two ladies who come for one hour every fortnight their standards are superior, they know how to clean, they come with all their own equipment and its A pleaseure to have them in my home. These ladies both demonstrate initiative and work well together. They would be Ideal mentors for any new staff. Thanks Meghan and Kirsty.
